Wellness Coaching Programme

Welcome to my 90 day wellness coaching programme, which has been developed to help you make positive and sustainable lifestyle changes for health and wellness that won't feel like a chore.

The programme is offered online on our coaching platform, or if you prefer it can also be tailored and offered to meet your individual requirements and delivered in person.

You will get weekly topic areas to work through on a presentation, daily inspiration, hints & tips, a support network of other likeminded individuals, and a resource bank for additional references.

What experience can I offer to help you

I successfully run a personal training business for a number of years working at a school offering exercise programmes and community sports, offered exercise programmes for clients on public health wellbeing programmes for local councils, and co-ordinated and run public health wellbeing courses including weight management, pre-diabetes management, stress management, mental health awareness and exercise for health.
