Stress Management Course

A 4 week course to help you to reduce the stresses and tensions created by your everyday lifestyle, so you can more regularly activate the relaxation response and positive hormones for health.

We tend to live lifestyles where we are busy spending a lot of time on auto-pilot and not paying attention to ourselves, so this course will enable you to develop more clarity, stillness, calm and balance.

We will look at holistic practices such as mindfulness, meditation, yoga, tai chi, qigong and aromatherapy, as well as using coaching tools and techniques so you can create a sustainable toolkit to use when you need it in your life.
