Simply Mindful Meditation Beginner Level

A six week meditation and relaxation course with 1.5 hour sessions online each week to help you enhance your wellbeing and cultivate a more mindful approach to everyday life in a small group of other likeminded women.
We will explore what meditation is and the different types and styles that can be practised such as mindfulness meditation, breathing meditations, movement and walking meditations, chanting and mantra with short phrases or words that resonate with you, guided visualisation, and silent meditation, along with ideas on how to get started, the science and myths of meditation, meditation mindset, tools and techniques so you can start to build up a consistent meditation practise, along with using journal prompts to review and reflect on your experiences, ways to continue your practise, and an optional silent retreat at the end.

Offering guided meditations, mindful movement practices, and practical exercises to explore different ways to calm the mind and body to foster a sense of tranquility and calm. Sessions are supported with recordings and worksheets.

Simply Mindful Meditation Intermediate Level
A six-week online course aimed at enhancing your mindfulness meditation practice. Each 1.5-hour session will expand on the groundwork laid in the Simply Mindful Meditation Beginners Level course, enabling you to extend your core practices and achieve greater consistency.
We'll explore more challenging meditation themes, such as deepening focus, cultivating compassion, and embracing impermanence, take inspiration and explore other meditation teachers practices and quotes delving into the teachings of renowned mindfulness experts like Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chödrön, and Jon Kabat-Zinn. By examining these varied perspectives, you'll enrich your understanding and discover new ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine.

We also examine more advanced meditation techniques, including insight meditations, loving-kindness practices, transcendental meditation with Sanskrit mantras, and chakra meditations. Additionally, we will explore any challenges and obstacles you faced with any of the beginner-level meditation practices.
