Simply Mindful Meditation
A six week meditation and relaxation course with 1.5 hour sessions online each week to help you enhance your wellbeing and cultivate a more mindful approach to everyday life in a small group of other likeminded women.

We will explore what meditation is and the different types and styles that can be practised, how to get started, the science and myths of meditation, meditation mindset, tools and techniques to allow you to start to build up a consistent meditation practise, journal prompts to review and reflect on your practices, ways to continue your practise, and an optional silent retreat at the end.

Offering guided meditations, mindful movement practices, and practical exercises to explore different ways to calm the mind and body to foster a sense of tranquility and calm. Sessions are supported with recordings and worksheets.

Simply Mindful Writing
A six week course with 1.5 hour online sessions each week to explore therapeutic and reflective writing to effectively manage stress, anxiety, and worry while fostering a sense of balance and tranquility.
​
We will explore grounding and relaxation techniques alongside a diverse range of writing exercises to deepen your understanding of thoughts feelings and emotions, including free wring, prompt writing, journaling, poetry, lists, letters, dialogue and much more.

Offering worksheets and recommended reading and resources to support you learning and development in creating a writing habit for healing.

Simply Mindful Coaching
Six sessions of remote telephone or online support of one hour after a free initial discovery call to determine your goals and objectives for the coaching sessions.
​
Sessions can incorporate a range of tools and techniques to suit your needs including mindfulness, meditation, breath-work, emotional freedom technique, journaling and writing, and cognitive based therapy interventions.
​
If you are looking for some support to better manage stress, anxiety, worry or low mood to create a change and embark on a new path towards a more balanced and mindful lifestyle, then individual coaching could be right for you.
