About Me

My name is Kirsty and I am a holistic wellbeing therapist and mental health support coordinator.

 

I have spent many years working on NHS public health funded wellbeing projects for individuals, workplaces and charities offering 1-2-1 sessions, workshops and short courses to prevent ill health and aid relaxation of mind, body and soul.
