My name is Kirsty and I am dedicated to helping you to better manage stress, anxiety, and your overall health and wellbeing through creating balance of body and mind with one-on-one coaching sessions, or small group workshops, or short courses with other likeminded women.
I have many years of experience working on NHS health and wellbeing funded projects in GP practices and the wider community, and believe that I can help support you to find the right tools and techniques to achieve your personal goals.
My skills include mindfulness, meditation, breath-work, emotional freedom technique, therapeutic and reflective journaling, cognitive behavioural therapy and sound therapy.
