Hello, I'm Kirsty, a holistic wellbeing therapist dedicated to helping you manage stress and anxiety in your daily life while achieving inner balance.
With years of experience in NHS public health-funded wellbeing projects, I have provided one-on-one sessions, workshops, and short courses aimed at preventing ill health and promoting relaxation for individuals, workplaces, and charities.

Meditation
Learn to effortlessly trigger your body's relaxation response by exploring various meditation techniques tailored to your needs. Participate in our specialized workshops and short courses, which include meditation for menopause, stress and anxiety relief, and meditation combined with journaling. Additionally, we host a monthly women's circle focused on meditation and journaling to help you deepen your practice around essential themes.
Therapeutic & Reflective Writing
Discover your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and experiences through the art of writing. Become a part of our women's writing circle, featuring key topics and themes through the year, seasonal workshops in nature, and engaging writing challenges. Enhance your understanding of your inner world and learn new ways to manage your emotions for healing, personal development, and growth.
Individual Coaching
We provide 1-2-1 coaching for stress and anxiety management using various methods, including mindfulness, meditation, breath-work, emotional freedom technique, and therapeutic writing. These sessions are offered for 30 minutes or 60 minutes via telephone or online, along with a complimentary 15 minute discovery call to kickstart your journey.
